Puget Custom Computers - Comments??

In a few months, I am plan to purchase a new desktop computer. My last
three computers have been from Dell and thought I would get the next one
from Dell also.

However, I have been monitoring the Dell support forum for the past three
months and have read about some pretty bad problems with Dell technical
and customer service support. A neighbor of mine had heard about Puget
Custom Computers (http://www.pugetsystems.com/) having excellent
technical and customer service support.

If anyone is familiar with this company, I would appreciate any applicable
comments. Thanks, Sam.
