Publishing with FP 2003

I was able to publish without any problem with my old computer running XP
Pro. I changed computer and the new one runs Vista Business. There must be
something I forgot to do because the system cannot find my website, neither
if I indicate its domain name, nor if I indicate its numeric resolution. I
click File Publish Site/FrontPage or Sharepoint Services and I am not asked
for any password. After a long time I receive a message: unable to open
http//....
 
How did you find it. My FP 2003 has stopped publishing to my Tripod website.
I haven't used it since September and it worked okay then.

I ended up contacting my provider. They performed tests and emailed me the
