Publishing Server Error w3w1406

I'm Trying to update my websites with some changes but I get error and none
of the pages following the page get published.
The error message in the Log is:

January 26,2010 3:00pm Server Error: The Campers2_files/filelist.xml has
been modified by W3W1406\username on 25 Jan 2010 11:51:29 -0800.

any idea what this is or how I would go about finding out?

Campers2_files/filelist.xml is a file in a thicket folder associated with a
file named Campers2.xxx, where xxx can be htm, html, asp etc.
http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/thickets.aspx describes thickets and
their creation.

W3W1406 is the name of your server, and username is the user who allegedly
changed the file.

I have no idea why the error occurred.

Open both the local and remote sites in FrontPage and run Tools->Recalculate
Hyperlinks on both sites to update the meta data.

Also download FP Cleaner from http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm and
run the routines that clear the hidden temporary files, and delete the
hidden web cache files.

If the problem continues, then try publishing all files rather than changed
files only - but only if your local copy is the most up to date version.
