How do I get my local information into a recognizable folder so that when I
load it I can enter my web address? Is there somewhere before this step that
I should have entered what I want my web address to be , and if so, where? I
have been using Mastering Frontpage 2003 .. which has been helpful up to this
point .... but it is disappointing right now. I am a very basic user and
need simple language and understanding.

You open your local site (should already have been created in FP) and presuming you have arranged for a web host you Publish the
site to you hosted server

If the hosted site supports the FP Server Extensions see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825528&Product=fp2003
(do not use the optimize options if you don't understand their impact)

If the hosted site does not support the FP Server Extensions see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825503&Product=fp2003
