Publishing multiple domains

Hi,

I have 4 domain names and 1 FP Extension enabled hosting plan with
1and1.com. I'm attempting to publish each domain to its own space on the
server using FP 2K3, but I haven't had any luck. I've read the 1and1.com faq
repeatedly and used the instruction and code (see link below) they supplied,
but I haven't had luck routing the domains. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

to.
