Can anyone tell me what it means to publish a form with definitions? What
are the benefits to publishing a form with the definitions and without them?
If I try to publish to an organizational Library, Outlook reccomends to
publish the form without the definitions. Thanks.

If you check the "send form definition with item" box on the (Properties) page of the form, the form will not run any VBScript code behind it and will inflate the size of each item created from the form, because the form definition will be embedded in the item. There are very few scenarios today where you would want to do that.

Thanks Sue, this is just what I needed.
Also, Any plans on releasing an updated book to include Outlook 2003?

No, because the current book is 100% applicable to Outlook 2003, where very little changed for developers.
