Publishing forms in Word

I have Reports and Forms that I Publish in Word. When Publishing these in
Word all lines contained in the reports and forms do not appear in word. How
do I get these lines to publish in word also? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

I don't think there's an answer for forms, which are really intended
only for on-screen use. For reports, see
