Error: The server sent a response which FP could not parse. If you are trying
to connect to a Windows SharePoint Services server, check with the server's
administrator to make sure Windows SP Services is installed properly.

Host says it's my problem. Don't know what to do.

Ask the host to run a server-health check

Thanks for your reply. Host admin says they reinstalled FP extensions, but that didn't help. I had no trouble publishing this exact web under an old FP version. Error occurred after installing XP, then FP 2003 and service packs. How do I get to MicroSoft help without incurring cost? REALLY appreciate your help.

1. Re-installing the extensions does not accomplish the same thing as running a server health check

2. Trying un-installing the last service pack and see if that solves the problem, if it does then
you can contact support at no charge.
