If I use either WebDav or Microsoft Office Online to publish my Outlook
calendar, can the people I allow to access my calendar edit it too? Or just
view it?
Thanks, Jeremy

office online, no, they can't edit. if you host the webdav server you can
give them permission to edit it.

Hi Diane,

I have published a calendar to a webdav server that I have full access
on. How do I set it to allow the other people to be able to modify
this calendar?

I have added it my outlook just to test and when I try to add or
change an appointment I receive an error: "You cannot make changes to
contents of this read-only folder."

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Jacques

which os?
SBS2k3

instructions for xp are here:http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/publishcal.htm#xp- it's the same
basic method for other os's but the steps might be slightly different.

I followed those steps but does not do what I want it to. If I
manually add it from the virtual folder it works fine and I can edit
it but obviously it does not update automatically. If I publish it to
webdav server using outlook 2007 I still can't edit, add or delete. If
that is the case I might as well send it to the recipients myself but
that is exactly what I don't want to do.
