I'm using Outlook 2000 and Exchange 2007 in my office, and I need a solution
for making calendars readily available for viewing by all users without users
having to complete many steps or remember a complicated process either to
make their calendar available or view another's. Can anybody offer any help?

Thanks,

What is wrong with View->Other Person's Folder->Calendar? You do realize that many of the improvements in sharing are only available in the newer programs. Outlook 2000 is 8 years old, after all.

Eight years old or not, it's what I have to work with. I know there's a way
to do what I need, I just can't remember how.

What about Milly's suggestion wasn't suitable?

I didn't figure it out right away, but the menu item is actually
File>Open>Other User's Folder.... Once I did figure it out, I'm able to view
and select all of the names in the email directory, but when I try to open a
folder, I get a message saying the folder cannot be displayed because it
cannot be found. It seems there is something set that is disallowing the
action, or something that needs to be set. Problem is, I didn't build this
system, and I'm not an Outlook guru (or anything close, actually). Any
thoughts? Thanks, CBrack.
