FP2002, WinXP
We use a Hosting Service and had no problems since 2002.
I am the Webmaster and mantain the website in my PC. I use FP to Publish on
the Hosting Server.
Last night, for unknown reasons, my Navigation panel showed damaged.
My only recourse, after several attempts to fix it, was to reverse
Publishing by downloading the latest working web files from the Hosting to my
computer. It is large, so it took hours to complete.
The Author shown on my computer is now different than the Author on the
Server.
Publishing, even when the option is set to different time and only the
changed pages, causes ALL files in my computer to be Published.
I Published one more time from my PC to the Server, all of it.
When I make a change in one of the web pages (in my PC) the system still
shows ALL my files needing Publishing.
I am lost... what to do? I will appreciate some ideas.
