Publishin calendar from Outlook 2003

I am trying to publish my Outlook 2003 calander to a web based server where I
have some personal space. i want my wife and others to be able to see it. The
Help material associated with the Free/Busy options under
Tools>Options>Calendar options is somewhat limited.

Please can someone give me more info on:

1) What does "Search Location" mean? Do I need to enter something here?
2) Do I have to give an actual file name as well as the http address? If so
what extension do I use?

Most appreciated.
3) can Outlook 2003 publish .ics format?

3. No.

To publish free busy you need to use a server you have read/write permission
to. Personally, I would use either google or hotmail calendar and sync
with the google sync tool or the outlook connector.
