Is there a way to import files from MS Publisher (converted to HTML format)
to MS Frontpage? I'm more confortable editing with Frontpage.

Thanks
God Bless

Excuse my lasiness I should have read the erlier posts, but now that I
realize that what I want to do is not advisable please let me explain why I
need a way to do a small ammount of editing via FP.
I'm tying to publish my churche's news letter as is (resembling the paper
copy mailed every month). I was succesful in doing that but I need to insert
a "Home" navigation link on the news letter, so the reader doesn't have to
use the "Back" arrow on the browser numerous times to get back to the main
home page.

Thanks

Open your web with FP, then open the page you created with Publisher and add a button with it's hyperlink properties set to your home page.

Then re-Publish it to the server.

**The above assumes you have a good (current) local copy and your web on the server has FP extensions installed and working.

Then create and edit the site in frontpage. Publish is not a web design
tool.

The conversion of publisher files to html is unpredictable at best. Start
from scratch in Frontpage.

If you want the web version to look like your printed newsletter create a
pdf of the newsletter and let people view/download it. There are plenty of
free or low cost options to create PDFs if you don't want to buy the full
Adobe version.

Put the link to the pdf version on a regular page in FrontPage. There are
definite 'issues' when using Publisher to create a web page that are best
avoided.
