Published form problem

I have published a custom form to the organizational forms library and it
works great for everyone except for one person. When he tries to open the
form he gets a message saying it cannot open and to contact the system
administrator. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this.

How do you clear the forms cache?

Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click
Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
