Publish Web FrontPage option fails on password

While I am successfully login on my Webhosat provider site, I fail with the
same password (as is set up) each time when trying to use Publish Web option
of the FrontPage. The succession is this: Enter your publish destination (URL
on Web host server) - OK; enter Username - OK. Enter Password (the same as
for successful Login on Web Domain site) - the same prompt window asking for
Username and Password comes back over and over again. Representatives of the
Web Hosting Provider Company using the same password and username
successfully on their server, which impliers that the problem is with the
FrontPage. The very first upload was done - becasue of the same problem -
through FTP, which always damages FrontPage Extensioins on the server, and
was therefore fixed by the provider on my demand. Is there anybody who met
such a problem and knows how to solve it in order to upload updated Web
pages?
 
Can you open the site w/ FP using File Open Site http://www.yoursitename.com/ or in IE File Edit w/ FP?
