publish subweb sub site 2002 2003

In FP 2002, there is a little check box at the bottom of the publish box to
include subwebs, now sub sites. I just upgraded to 2003 and the check box
is missing and I don't see how to publish a sub site from the parent.

I'm sure I'm doing something dumb, just can't find it.

Near to right of Remote Site View, click Remote Site Properties. On
Publishing tab, you will find the check box for including sub sites, and
all pages/changed pages.
