Publish site to local computer?

I have a web site that I want to show in a setting that has no internet
access. What is the best way to get the full site locally on my laptop? Do
I syncronize the sites or publish the site to my local machine? I would
like to make a copy on CD to transfer to another computer. The other
computer does not have Frontpage installed. I do not want to work on the
site, just be able to show it as though it were live on the net.
