Publish it with word

Hi

I am having problem in exporting my access report output into Ms-Word 2002. The application was developed in Access-97 and for the 2002 system, I am using a runtime verion of 97. When I tried using the default Menu "Publish it with word", I am getting the following error

"Can't save the output data to the file you've selected
The file may be open. If so, close it and then save the output data to the file again
If you are using a template, check to make sure the template exists
If the file isn't open, check to make sure you have enough free disk space

As per the error message, I checked the following
(1) None of the word document was opened
(2) My system has enough free space available
(3) And the destination folder has WRITE permission

Kindly help me in resolving the issue

The problem on Win2002 machines is the write security for different
users. Log in as administrator and try again.
 
Thanks for the suggestion. WRITE permission is there for that specific folder.
Do you have any other suggestions?
