Publish-It-With-MSWord badly flawed

Context: Access 2000, exporting a report to MS Word
using "Publish-It-With-MSWord" feature (same problem
occurs in earlier versions and, I think, in Office 2002).

Problem: "Publish-It-With-MSWord" garbles nice Access
report, dropping out info, overwriting info, etc.

Need: a workaround, for now, and a decent export tool in
the future. This problem has been in existence for years,
it is discussed here from time to time, but MS never fixes
it. Clients would upgrade to new version of Office just to
ensure that this problem goes away.

I have a tiny database that contains an example of a
report that will not export correctly. I can email it to
anyone willing to help with this.

Thanks.

There has been much discustion on this issue.

Lets hope we get a fix....

Of couse..you can always use pdf format!

Here is one great pdf maker/printer driver.

It is absolutely Free,

And free means no watermarks, no nag screens, no annoying Popup
advertisements, no time limits etc.

It is also very fast, and works very well. I highly recommend it.

The other soltion is give Stephans Lebans code a try, as it can also restore
graphics.
