Publish Email Address in Email Form

I am trying to Publish a form created off of an email with a series of email
address to remain in the TO:. I have not been able to accomplish this.

Thanks for any help.

What's the problem? With the publishing? The addresses?

Either write code to add to the Recipients collection or run the form, put in the addresses, then publish.
