Public Synch Tool became S-L-O-W...?

Howdy,

I have used Public Shareware's Public Synch Tool happily for
many months.

Today, however, something has changed.

Formerly, the entire synchronization process took no more
than 4-5 minutes.

Now, when it gets to my Inbox, though it continues to make
progress I had to stop it (twice) after 45 minutes.

What might cause that radical slowdown?

I should add that if anything, the Inbox is now slightly
smaller than it was.

Any updates installed lately? (or automatically by Windows?)
Look for an update of that tool (otherwise re-install current version).

This was interesting...

I had V1.1 of the tool, went to the site, and found that to
be the current version. For some reason, I DL'd it and when
I exploded the Zip file I found that the versions (though
both labeled V1.1) were of different sizes and different
dates. Hmmm. I don't know what to make of that, but will
certainly do your suggested re-install.
