Public ip in WINS

When i opened WINS server and online, how come there is a column with
my intenet ip address ? Does wins related to the internet ip ? pls
advise

Because that Nic using the Internet IP probably has a WINS settings that
indicates your WINS server. The WINS setting should be blank on that
particular Interface.
