We are based in the UK and we have an ADSL Broadband
service in the office with a static public IP address.
Although I know this address, I want to find my public IP
address for my home ADSL connection.
How do I find this out? I did ipconfig /all in cmd, but
this only gives me my NIC IP addresses. Furthermore, a
tracert on google.com only gives me the same.
A web site that tests open ports called Shields UP tells
users their IP address being broadcasted on the WWW and
which ports are open. How do they get the IP address?
Please help!
