Our company uses Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003. I have 1 person who
suddenly now cannot see our public folders. BCM is also missing on the left
side, but she can get to it with the pull down menus on top. If she goes
into safe mode, everything is there. If I log in to her PC, everything is
fine. If she goes to another PC, it doesn't work. I tried to make a new
Outlook profile, tried the outlook.exe /cleanview command, tried the
scanost.exe command, and of course tried the little folder list icon at the
bottom left. If she uses Outlook Web Access, she can see public folders.
Can anyone please help?

also, you are looking at the folder list view?

Did you try making her a completely new profile using a new profile name?

Yes, I tried to make a new Outlook profile, tried the outlook.exe /cleanview
command, tried the scanost.exe command, and tried the little folder list icon
at the bottom left. Nothing helped.
