We have a couple of users running Office 2003 connecting
Outlook 2003 to exchange mail. Those and only those users
are having problems accessing public folders on the
server. Does anyone have any ideas on why this is? They
need access to these folders.

Thanks.

I would guess it is folder list view. Basically they
navigate to public folders from within the folder list in
outlook. They can see the list of folders but cannot open
any of them. They get a permission failure message when
they try. It is only the users that are running outlook
2003. They have the same permissions that everyone else
has. Does that help?

Thanks.
