Public Folders and Office 2003

I recently set up several new computers that came with Office 2003 on our Windows 2000 network and Exchange 2000. When I browse through the Folder list, the Public Folder folders are not visible. (they were in Outlook 2002 and on my own computer, which was upgraded from 2002 to 2003). Which setting in Outlook 2003 allows me to view the Public Folders? Does Outlook have to be set for a server-side delivery only (versus delivery to the desktop) in order for Public Folders to be accessible?

Are you viewing the folder list or just mail view? Click the folder list
icon in the Navigation Pane (it looks like a folder and will be down at the
bottom) and see if you see public folders then.

Yes, I'm in the Folder List, not just the Mail List. There is no Public Folder icon at the bottom of the Navigation Pane. It's not a navigation issue; there is no Public Folder icon to click on (usually with a "+" next to it)
