I am part of a 3 member network that is trying to streamline Outlook
to one public database. We created a Master contact db, along with
Master calendar, Master journal, and Master tasks. The problem we are
experiencing is that these public folders are not interlinked like
they are under the personal folders. For example: when we enter a
journal entry under a client in the Master contact db, the journal is
logged to the personal journal folder of the user, not the Master
journal. Therefore, it is not logged under the client's activities in
the Master contact db. Can the public folders be customized to link
together similiar to the personal folders?????
