I'm using Outlook 2003 and I have two questions:

1 How can all the clients work with one Data Source in outlook 2003, also
when the main Domain Server is not available?
2 What is the extension of the File that the Buisness Contact Manager
creats similarly .pst (outlook 2002) ?

Thanks a lot.

Are you using Exchange server? You'd need to for public folders. And you
can't use BCM with Exchange. Can you provide more info about your setup?

Hi - if you aren't using Exchange server, see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm
Outlook has no native way to share data.

I have no Exchange server ? But is it not possible to have One Share
Folder, which can have more than one Copy.

Thanks any way
