Public Folder Clarification

When you are schedueling an appointment, you can check to
see of the person is available via their Outlook
calander. If that person has been using a public calander
for their availability rather than their personal Outlook
calander, is there a way to see if that person is
available via that public/shared calander?
 
Only if you are using Outlook 2002 or 2003 and have added the PF to a group
schedule.
 
Please explain how to do this. We're using a mix of
Outlook 2002 and 2003 and I can't find this feature
you're talking about.
 
Go to the Calendar folder and choose Actions l View Group Schedules. After
you create the schedule, you can use its Add Others button to add a public
folder,
