PUblic Folder Calendar Sync with Ipaq

Hi there - I need add a sync of my public calendar to my ipaq - in addition
to my normal calendar. How is the best way to do this?

It seems strange to me that Microsoft don't seem to provide a way - or am I
missing something?

You'll have to find a third party tool.

PDAs contain only a single calendar so I can't imagine why you'd expect to
be able to easily sync more than one. You'd have to add the ability to
display multiple calendars to the PDA as well as some way to connect that
calendar to one in Outlook. If you want to combine your public calendar and
your private calendar into one, that's not the same as syncing two
calendars. You can always just copy the contents of the public calendar to
your private calendar and the ActiveSync will handle the combined single
calendar.
