I'm preparing to use a calendar on a public folder as an easy way for my team
to record projects they are working on. I created labels to assign a color
to each of their names. Labels appears to be global to the calendar
(everyone can see the labels I have created - and they can't change them). I
would like to use Categories so that they can choose from a list of project
types, but it appears that Categories are local to my profile, not global to
all users of the calendar. Automatic Formatting also appears to be local.
Is there any way for me to make Categories and Automatic Formatting rules
that can be used by all "Authors" of the calendar?
