I have set up an Outlook Calendar on the network and I would like to set
up a default view for all users. I've set up the desired view, but I
can't figure out how to make it the default view for others who open the
calendar.

To force users to see a custom view when they open a public folder:

-- Create the custom view, choosing the "On this folder, visible to everyone" option.

-- Choose View | Current View | Define Views. Select the desired view, and click Publish. At the bottom of that dialog, check the box for "Only show views created for this folder."

-- On the folder's Properties dialog, on the Administration tab, select your view as the Initial View on Folder.

Thank you so much Sue, but I dont' see these options. I right click, create
custom view. Where are these options? I'm lost on your steps ... thank you
again!

Do you have Outlook 2003? If so, use View | Arrange By | Current View | Define View.

I have no idea where you're right-clicking.
