My company is using Outlook 2007, exchange server and public folders. We
have a public calendar that we could add to the navigation pane in 2003 for
easy access, but can't seem to find a way to do that in 2003. Can anyone
please help?

Diane,

Do I have to do anything special then to add it, or will it just show up in
the Other group? I do not believe anyone actually added it their favorites
folder, so obviously, they need to do that. Can that be done for everyone by
the administrator of the public calendar? thanks so much for the help.

Is it in public folder favorites? You need to do that first, then you can
add it to the calendar navigation module.

If you add the calendar to the public folder favs, it should be picked up by
the calendar navigation pane. AFAIK the admin can't do it - the users need
to do it.
