Our company uses public calendars to book conference rooms- We are looking at
setting them up two ways one as a resource or as a email address. Do you
have any opinions on which of these ways works best? Is there a way to see
the free/busy line for the room. If so how do you set that up?
Thanks for the help

I guess I didn't make any sense in my question but I guess you still sort of
answered . I have the page you sent a link to printed out and I was basing
that as an "email" address. The other way was the resource, but still why I
am I not seeing free busy? It is setup correctly in Preferences.

Neither. The best approach is to use a mailbox. See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm

Does the resource's mailbox Calendar folder have any appointments in it yet? No free/busy information will be generated until it does.
