Hello.

I'm running Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 with a public
calendar. Some of my machines are running Outlook 2000
and some are running 2002. When a new event is created,
there is a discrepency in the way the information is
displayed on the calendar for each user. For instance,
if someone schedules a 3 day event in Outlook 2002, it
appears as a 4 day event in 2000. Then, if the 2000 user
changes it to reflect the correct info on their view of
the public calendar, it alters the view for the person on
2002. I've reset all default times (start time, end
time, etc) and can't think of what else might be causing
this problem.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks.

Andrew

I am having the same problem in my office. All the time
zones are set correctly and all the computers updated
automatically to daylight savings time. This was already
happening BEFORE last Sunday. I also have exhausted
everything I know to do. Most of us have Outlook 2003.
A few still have 2002.

Yes, I'm sure it doesn't have anything to do with DST.
There are further mutations, such as an event that is
supposed to be two days suddenly becomes a week depending
on which version of outlook one is using.

I wonder if this could be resolved if all clients are
running the same version of outlook?

I am having the same problem. Exchange 2000, Outlook
versions are 2000, Xp, and 2003. Did anyone find a
solution?
