Hello everyone.
I wonder if somebody could help me with a problem. My
setup is w2k sp4 and windows installer 2. Since updating
to these, various issues have arisen which decided me to
run a straight re-install of w2k "on itself". It is
impossible to complete the re-install because I get a
message saying that file ptserial.sy_ is required. I
cannot find the required file.
