PSU recommendations please

As subject. I need a new PSU =>450watts to accomodate a new graphic card
requirements and it would be helpful if some of you gurus out there could
recommend any good reliable ones for me. Quiet would be nice too :)

Oh, and it also needs to be downwardly compatible with standard ATX

If price isn't an option you can't go wrong with www.pcpowerandcooling.com.

I just bought one of these as NewEgg had a rebate on it. Seems great so far.
Four 12 volt rails @18A. Had trouble with my new AGP x1950 pro videocard
with my old PS, but not anymore.

Do not automatically look to the mail order people for best value ..
Sometimes PC WORLD can have a suitable unit hidden amongst its
expensive and dusty stock..
