PSU for 9800Pro

Hiya all,

Friend is jealous of my shiny new 9800pro (he has a 9200SE) and wants to
upgrade. However I've looked at his system (an E-machines PC) and while
there is a place in his case for an additional fan for extra cooling I'm
worried about the PSU. Its a Bestec ATX-250-12E (Rev2). I think this is a
250W? Dont know the manufacturer but I'm guessing that he should be putting
money into the pot for a new PSU?

Thanks @ndrew, I'll print this and pass it on for him to tick the boxes
later today. I can then feed it in and advise him. I understand from this
group however that the quality of the PSU is as important as the wattage -
does anyone have any knowledge of Bestec?
