Hello all,
Several years ago under Outlook 97 I had some trouble and was given the
solution from this newsgroup of using a *.pst rebuild utility. I have an
outbox e-mail that is hanging up the application and I have not yet been
able to delete it from the outbox. 3 questions arise:
1. Is this the type of situation in which the *.pst rebuild will help?
2. If so, how do I do it?
3. If not, what do I need to do to fix the problem. I've got an important
distributed e-mail to get out before noon and can do nothing with Outlook.
Thanks in advance.
