I created a pst using Outlook 2002, then copied the pst
onto a CD. When copying the pst to my documents on the
users machine and trying to open it within outlook it says
the file is not a personal folders file????

If you have the PST on a CD it will be set for "Read Only".
Copy the pst to a drive and remove the "Read Only" Property
attribute.

Right click on the saved file to bring up the
properties.
