pst migration from office 2000 to vista email

There seems to be a lot of chatter with migration of email. I am looking for
a direct solution to my problem..... I have office 2000 in windows 2000
system. Have created a pst file that contains folders and emails. I now
need to import that into Vista's email. I do not see a link or process that
I can follow. Please advise of a vaild procedure.

I have the same problem with migration from XP. I have purchased a new PC and
can not transfer the PST file, any ideas?
 
Transfer your email and addresses from Outlook to Outlook Express on the OLD
computer. Copy the .DBX and .WAB files created by the transfer to the new
Vista machine and import them into Windows Mail. This page should help:
