Hi there

OS is Winnt4.0 workstation. It crashed and now it is giving following errors

"Properties for this information must be defined prior to use.
"The file c:\......pst is in use and could not be accessed. Close any application that is using this file, and then try again.

I tried copying to a different location and importing it. Error is the same. Tried to check the Read Only attribute but it is only Archive which is ticked. I am the owner of the file and noone else is accessing it nor it is shared.

Please help. It is Outlook 2000 on WinNT4.0 workstation

Thank
Sandy

Why are you trying to import a native Outlook File? Use Outlook's
File->Open->Personal Folders File. Make sure the file is not marked read
only in its properties.
