Is there an easy way for a computer dummy to take folders
and subfolders in which I have saved e-mail messages and
copy or transfer them to a cd or disk for storage? I do
not see any " save as" function in Outlook. I can only
move them from one folder to another in outlook. What I
want to do is save an entire folder to a cd and get rid
of the .pst file name which seems to restrict how they
can be moved or reopened. Is there a shortcut or method
other than opening and then copying each individual files
one at a time to my harddrive?
