PST Folder

If I've already sent this please forgive me. I had Office EX then put on a
trial version of 2003. Trial was up and I went back to XP. Unfortunately,
now I can't open any of the PST Folders. Can this be fixed? The message I
get is:
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. Could not open the item. Try again.
 
If these are .pst files you created in Outlook 2003, you will need Outlook 2003 to read them. The default format for new .pst files in Outlook 2003 is incompatible with earlier versions.
