I am trying to get a program which allows printing of the names of all inbox
sub folders. From what I understand there has never been any option like
this in Outlook but I have been told some 3rd pary PST readers are able to
do it.

We have a number of members of staff that have huge a PST foldder listing.
They want to print the listing to allow them to re-arrange their structure
to make it more user friendly, which is why we are trying to print off their
folder list.

That is absolutely perfect, thanks for the quick reply :)

Due to the Swen virus, all e-mails sent to this account will be deleted
w/out reading.

Hi. Sorry to be a nuisance but do you happen to know how to use the
InfoStore form ? I've never really used Outlook forms before, but I've
downloaded the file and opened it and can see how it works but can't quite
work out how to actually get it to do anything :)

What version of Outlook are you using? (I need the build number from the
Help | About Microsoft Outlook dialog) The reason that I ask is that
Microsoft has tightened down security in the later releases of Outlook where
the code behind the form won't run when trying to just double click on the
*.oft via Windows Explorer. This means that the form will have to be
published into your personal forms, inbox, or exchange organization forms
library to work.

Hi, thanks for following this up for me. We are using Outlook 2003
11.5608.5703

What I had done so far was what you've suggested hehe. I just double
clicked it, saw the 'Report' bar button :) and clicked it, but nothing
happened.

How do I go about publishing it to the correct place ? I'm sorry to take up
your time, I did a quick search around online about publishing forms and
importing etc but couldn't actually find anything that told me what to do :)

To publish...
* Double click on *.oft in Windows Explorer
* Select Tools | Forms | Publish Form As
* Top dropdown should be set to Personal Forms
* For Display Name type in: Information Store Report
* For Form Name type in: Information.Store.Report.Personal
* Select OK to publish

To use...
* From main outlook window try: File | New | Choose Form
* Set dropdown to Personal Forms
* Pick Information Store Report

I believe the form should work at this point.
