PST file location

Go to Outlook and select the "File" option on the toolbar
then select the "Data File Management" option. I keep
all my outlook files (including .PST) on a server that I
can get to from anywhere in the world so that I can see
not just my mail on the Exchange server but all my old
mail, contacts etc. simply by mapping a drive to that
server location.

Just as an FYI...if you're using Exchange, you're not exactly saving any
space by doing this.
