PST Compactor Utility

I'm in need of a recommendation on a PST file compactor utility. I
know there are several. Which are the best?

My PST file grew from around 26MB to around 113MB after i downloaded
an RSS feed that had a large video file. When I use the compact
feature in Outlook 2007 the PST file is still over 100MB.

That's because the size in 2007 IS the size the pst file is.
2007 compacts "as it goes" so a manual compactor does little or
nothing...a pst file of 100MB is no size at all......

Do you know if Outlook 2003 compacts "as it goes"? Mine's over 2 gigs.
My archive is over one gig.
