Sometimes (randomly) I get an a message that the
mailbox.pst file cannot be accessed.
This is defenetly not a network problem as the network
drive and the pst file can be seen and even copied from
the network drive at the same time of the error.
Now if I close outlook and re-open it, then everything is
ok until it will happen again randomly.

I think this problem is not a network one, but the turth
is that if the PST file stays localy it doesn't happen.

I appriciate an answer, this problem is for 80+ users on
our company.

Microsoft doesn't support PST files accessed from a network drive -
performance issues & data corruption. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=297019 for more info.

Frankly, for 80 users, I'd say Exchange server is called for - and all mail
should be stored on the server (in the mailboxes) instead of PST files. This
sounds like a real nightmare to administer as is. See
http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq_appxf.htm for a nice rant on PST
files.
