Hi, I hope someone can help. After formatting my hard
drive I have imported my Outlook .pst backup file. I
don't understand why the time/date is now 'out of sync'
with my PC.
How can I get my Outlook sync'd with my PC eg time of
incoming emails to be 'real time'?

Make sure you're timezone is set correctly.

Also note that it better to connect to the file by File-> Open-> Outlook
Data File... then importing. This will keep your modified dates, views and
custom forms intact.
