Hi there.

When using the StoreID of a PST file, can I be sure that this is
unique every time for each file?

Is there any chance that 2 PST's has the same StoreID ??

The reason for my question is that I've noticed that when having
different PST loaded in Outlook once at a time, I end up having the
same StoreID for each PST. My understanding of MAPI tells me that
StoreID's are unique, but is this then only pr. session when looking
at PST files ??

Yes, they should be unique AFAIK besides a random number, PST store id also
includes a full path to the PST file. Since you cannot have two local files
with the same path, no two store ids should be the same.
